The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position plays a crucial role within Hai Hospitality’s operational leadership team. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, this role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively guide and support the front-of-house (FOH) service team to deliver impeccable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high volume, full-service restaurant environments, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration across various departments to maintain high standards of service, uphold safety and quality protocols, and contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant via P&L management and inventory control. Candidates must be flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily FOH operations, mentoring staff to enhance performance and service standards, and engaging directly with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Supervise front-of-house service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
