Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills with guests and employees
- Ability to detect and identify safety issues and comply with guidelines
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and restock inventory
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to various temperatures
- Ability to move tables and chairs for seating configuration
- Safe and efficient use of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant setting
- Knowledge of P&L reporting and inventory management
- Strong food and beverage industry knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and passion for hospitality
- Experience with team mentorship and development
Job Duties
- Supervise front-of-house service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager on daily operations and strategy
- Manage P&L reporting and inventory procedures to optimize profitability
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and food and beverage standards
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace to support efficient restaurant operations
