Job Requirements

  • Availability to work approximately 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for 90 percent of each shift
  • capability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
  • proven management experience in hospitality
  • valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a high-volume dining environment
  • knowledge of profit and loss monitoring and cost control
  • experience with staff recruitment, training, and development
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • possession of ServSafe and CPR certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Champion staff growth through recruiting, hiring, and training top-tier talent
  • mentor, coach, and discipline staff to maintain high performance
  • foster a positive work environment with orientations and shift line-ups
  • lead by example in managing front-of-house and kitchen stations
  • monitor profit and loss statements to control labor, food, and operating costs
  • oversee weekly inventory procedures ensuring accurate receiving and waste reduction
  • uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards maintaining scores above 80 percent
  • ensure timely and accurate completion of daily logs, line checks, and financial reports
  • facilitate communication between staff and upper management to enhance transparency
