Job Requirements
- passion for food and beverage industry
- minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- at least 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage
- ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work a 24-hour operation
- willingness to participate actively with the team
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 8 years experience in food and beverage operations in upscale luxury environments
- at least 5 years experience leading food and beverage teams
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- proven track record in guest and team member engagement
- expertise in financial performance management
- post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
Job Duties
- Lead daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellence
- motivate and manage the food and beverage team effectively
- elevate service standards to meet luxury expectations
- cultivate a positive and learning-focused work environment
- anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions quickly
- collaborate closely with team members to achieve outstanding guest experiences
- monitor and enhance financial performance of the food and beverage department
