Job Requirements

  • passion for food and beverage industry
  • minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • at least 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage
  • ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work a 24-hour operation
  • willingness to participate actively with the team

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 8 years experience in food and beverage operations in upscale luxury environments
  • at least 5 years experience leading food and beverage teams
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • expertise in financial performance management
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset

Job Duties

  • Lead daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellence
  • motivate and manage the food and beverage team effectively
  • elevate service standards to meet luxury expectations
  • cultivate a positive and learning-focused work environment
  • anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions quickly
  • collaborate closely with team members to achieve outstanding guest experiences
  • monitor and enhance financial performance of the food and beverage department
