Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- ability to work standing for at least 8 hours daily
- ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's area
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in restaurant operations
- ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- ability to work in a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- must have stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's operating area
- experience in multi-concept or growing hospitality groups
- background in staff development and training program implementation
- comfort with reservation management platforms such as OpenTable and SevenRooms
Job Duties
- Lead the floor by being present, visible, and actively leading service during every shift
- touch tables, support the team in real time, and ensure hospitality standards are upheld
- lead pre-shifts, line checks, and daily manager huddles
- recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
- manage staff schedules in coordination with the General Manager
- maintain 24-hour sheets and stay 72 hours ahead in operational planning
- conduct facility walk-throughs and escalate maintenance needs
- contribute to and review the daily manager log
- help achieve targeted sales goals
- manage budgets and daily tip records
- collect and report guest feedback
