The Assistant Manager plays an essential role in promoting compliance with operational standards and local regulations while supporting strategic initiatives like promotional programs to increase patron engagement. This position also requires strong personnel management skills, as the Assistant Manager supervises, coaches, and develops assigned staff ensuring team cohesion and productivity.

In addition to operational oversight, Assistant Managers report directly to the General Manager and serve as key players in weaving the organization's mission into daily workflows. Their leadership impacts the quality of service delivered to Veterans and directly contributes to maintaining the high standards expected at all VCS locations. Job Duties

  • Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management
