Job Requirements

  • Background of general food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting
  • Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant and supervisory experience of staff
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
  • Ability to lead with heart and inspire a team

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of directly related experience including experience with craft cocktails
  • Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant and supervisory experience of staff
  • General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
  • Fill in where needed as interim Manager, Supervisor, or Associate to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily
  • Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
