In addition to financial management, the role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships while adhering to prudent financial practices. Inventory management for premium services, safety and sanitation compliance, and maintaining the operational condition of food service equipment are also critical responsibilities. The Assistant General Manager will collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met and operational needs are fulfilled.
