Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Four years of food service and restaurant supervision experience
- Valid food handler card within 30 days of hiring
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within first 12 months of employment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM
- Ability to work home football game days and campus closures when required
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial management and inventory control
Job Duties
- Support evening restaurant operations
- Assist with overall operation, administration, and performance of daily activities
- Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and health regulations
- Manage financial objectives including cash reporting and payroll approval
- Enforce sanitation and maintain a safe facility environment
- Schedule employees and forecast staffing needs
- Purchase food and supplies and supervise production
- Hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations of employees
- Provide information, clarify policies and resolve problems
- Maintain strong guest service experience
