Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Four years of food service and restaurant supervision experience
  • Valid food handler card within 30 days of hiring
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within first 12 months of employment
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM
  • Ability to work home football game days and campus closures when required
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Four years of food service and restaurant supervision experience
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 12 months
  • Valid food handler card within 30 days of hiring
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of financial management and inventory control

Job Duties

  • Support evening restaurant operations
  • Assist with overall operation, administration, and performance of daily activities
  • Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and health regulations
  • Manage financial objectives including cash reporting and payroll approval
  • Enforce sanitation and maintain a safe facility environment
  • Schedule employees and forecast staffing needs
  • Purchase food and supplies and supervise production
  • Hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations of employees
  • Provide information, clarify policies and resolve problems
  • Maintain strong guest service experience
