The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Wendy's is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing the restaurant's overall operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • high school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant's daily operations
  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train, and orientate team

  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
