This establishment operates franchises widely and is home to a diverse team dedicated to upholding the company's standards and values.

At this particular location in Cleveland, OH, Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead its management team. This includes managing employee relations and ensuring all food safety and health regulations are rigorously followed. The ability to lead under fast-paced conditions and adapt effectively is critical for success in this role.

Wendy’s offers a flexible work schedule, with shifts that may include weekends and holidays, although the restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The company’s commitment to transparency and fairness is evident in its adherence to pay transparency laws and a supportive work environment that values teamwork, results-oriented problem solving, and customer satisfaction.

In addition to providing a competitive salary and benefits, Wendy's encourages its management team to pursue career advancement opportunities, with internal promotions based on performance and business needs. Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong leadership capabilities, and exhibit a commitment to quality service will find Wendy's to be a rewarding and growth-oriented place to build their careers. This position also respects equal opportunity employment principles and offers reasonable accommodations to support individuals with disabilities.
