Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- English fluency required
- ability to work full-time with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a fast-paced restaurant environment
- regular verbal communication in a lively setting
- manual dexterity to handle tools, menus, and equipment
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in environments with exposure to heat, cold, and moderate noise levels
- willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- act as a visible leader on the floor ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences
- assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
- help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH coordination
- assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control
- handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
- step into leadership coverage when the General Manager is off property
