We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join one of our Nashville-area locations. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This leadership position requires a strong ability to manage, support, and energize a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class care for every dog that comes through our doors.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to lead our team of Dog Hosts through training, support, and guidance to build a cohesive, high-performing group focused on dog wellness, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will help monitor dog behavior and wellness throughout their stay, maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility, and contribute to continuous improvements to our operational procedures. Your efforts will directly impact both the day-to-day success of the location and the overall reputation of Yardstick as a premier dog hospitality provider.
