Job Requirements
- Min 1 year assistant manager experience with high volume food service preferred
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
- consent to background screening
- high school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law
- able to walk and stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
