Job Duties
- Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Manager on Duty teams while assisting the General Manager with delegated projects
- Manage inventory control, payroll budgeting, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenance
- Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational workflows
- Drive revenue growth through effective team management and member engagement
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure high standards for customer service and club operations
