Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service environment
- strong kitchen leadership experience
- prior heart of house and front of house management experience
- minimum 1-2 years in a similar leadership role
- clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
- proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams
- a solid leader who values and respects employees while earning their respect

Job Duties
- serve as the primary leadership support in the absence of the general manager
- lead daily FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- coach, develop, and motivate the restaurant krewe
- ensure exceptional food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- support staffing, training, scheduling, and team development initiatives
- jump in where needed to support efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- help drive restaurant performance through leadership, accountability, and execution
- maintain a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture
