This position is for an Assistant General Manager at Home2 Suites Minnetonka, a dynamic and hands-on leadership role requiring energy, dedication, and a proactive approach. The Assistant General Manager partners directly with the General Manager to guide and support the hotel team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining Hilton’s distinguished standards. This role is not simply managerial in the traditional sense; it demands involvement at every level—from stepping in at the front desk during busy periods to mentoring and motivating staff across departments. The Assistant General Manager drives the hotel's culture and operational success by leading by example, fostering engagement, and resolving challenges with professionalism and urgency.
