Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 plus years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
- Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and assertiveness
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing, training, developing, and motivating a diverse crew
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- Ability and flexibility to work 50 to 60 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for staffing the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner with a carefully selected team
- Ensure the restaurant environment is safe for both team members and guests
- Oversee orientation and onboarding processes
- Write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
- Make final hire and separation decisions and ensure proper procedures are followed
- Create team member schedules considering sales volumes, availability, payroll, and overtime costs
- Own the performance of the entire team and create a positive culture through respect, recognition, and reward
- Audit all facets of operations, provide feedback, and develop improvement solutions
- Understand budget and cost trends impacting operations
- Create business plans and perform financial analysis
- Control cash, property, product, and equipment
- Build sales, control labor and food costs
- Meet targets set by Operations Leadership
- Maintain operational standards and requirements
- Identify and communicate maintenance problems
- Ensure communication flows from District Manager to all team members
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Leverage support from the Restaurant Support Center
- Ensure compliance with risk management standards
