Familiarity with the Hilton Property Engagement Platform (PEP) and other hotel management systems is strongly preferred to streamline hotel operations and enhance reporting accuracy.

Daily operational oversight includes conducting hotel walkthroughs, ensuring cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and upholding brand presentation standards. Collaboration with department leaders such as the Executive Housekeeper, Chief Engineer, and Sales Team is essential to maintaining smooth operations and supporting group business and special events. Participation in forecasting, budgeting, wage planning, and business planning with the General Manager is a critical function, along with leading various meetings to address departmental and safety issues.

The Assistant General Manager is expected to foster a positive work culture encouraging teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and employee development. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts in any department as needed and occasional use of personal transportation for procurement and business-related activities. The ability to respond promptly to emergencies and operational needs outside regular business hours further underscores the responsibility and dynamic nature of this leadership role.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals looking to advance their career within a reputable company committed to excellence and continuous growth.
