Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • At least 5 years managing a food and beverage team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible availability to meet 24-hour operation demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Proven problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in upscale luxury food and beverage environments
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a food and beverage team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in guest engagement and financial performance
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Experience with 24-hour operational environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
