Job Duties

  • Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities
  • Interface with General Manager to ensure compliance with hotel and company policies
  • Direct and supervise the Front Office Manager to maintain high guest service standards
  • Oversee accuracy in all phases of front office operations
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to complete all accounting functions
  • Ensure adherence to management company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with guests and associates, providing directions and information
