We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team. The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. Your role will require you to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and service quality. You will carry out opening and closing procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and identify operational gaps to resolve issues effectively.

You will support the General Manager in labor scheduling and cost control, monitor shift-level profit and loss drivers such as reducing food waste and avoiding overtime, and contribute to maintaining operational efficiency. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years previous management or supervisory experience
- 3 years customer service experience
- passion for living a healthy life
