We are currently seeking a talented Assistant General Manager who will be an essential part of our leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning from both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH). This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and guest experience that PURAlIMA is known for.
The Assistant General Manager will act as a mentor, coach, and role model for all employees, inspiring teams through leadership and a deep understanding of restaurant operations. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities ranging from managing catering orders with precision to ensuring equipment maintenance and cleanliness throughout the establishment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to resolve conflicts professionally are paramount.

Job Duties
- In charge of day to day operations of the restaurant
- create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for PURALIMA, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- execute, control and direct the preparation of all food which includes necessary process for food safety and quality control
- manage and oversee the production and completion of catering orders
- connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well stocked
- equipment is properly maintained and in good condition
- monitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolving any food quality or safety issue
- live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out
