  • minimum 1-2 years previous management or supervisory experience
  • advanced knife skills
  • able to lift 50lbs
  • able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
  • full-time availability with a flexible schedule
  • management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred
  • strong organizational skills preferred
  • attention to detail preferred

Job Duties

  • In charge of day to day operations of the restaurant
  • create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for PURALIMA, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • execute, control and direct the preparation of all food which includes necessary process for food safety and quality control
  • manage and oversee the production and completion of catering orders
  • connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
  • ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • equipment is properly maintained and in good condition
  • monitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolving any food quality or safety issue
  • live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out
