Job Requirements

  • general food and beverage knowledge
  • at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management experience in a hotel or resort setting
  • prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant
  • supervisory experience of staff
  • preferred at least 2 years of directly related experience including experience with craft cocktails

Job Duties

  • ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
  • fill in where needed as interim manager, supervisor, or associate to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily
  • continually strive to develop, coach, and train staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
