Job Duties
- builds a warm culture in the store where our team members feel valued
- communicates effectively with all guests
- actively onboards and develops all new team members
- actively manages operational targets to meet monthly objectives
- upholds standards and takes corrective action when standards are not being met
- participates in business plan development and executes on the plan, including LTOs, in a high performing way
- understands the restaurant's p&l and levers to drive results
- actively participates in inventory management and scheduling
- demonstrates and upholds all safety and security standards
