Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years' experience in premium food and beverage hospitality with a strong preference for premium and concessions in a high volume sports environment
- Strong knowledge of P&L management
- Proven ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field, or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and budget
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain positive guest relations, ensuring enjoyable and memorable experiences
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
- Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
