The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, building and developing high-performing teams, managing budgets, overseeing compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with license partners and guests.\n\nIn this position, the incumbent will assist in the establishment and implementation of current and long-term organizational objectives, operational plans, policies, and budgets for the ballpark’s food and beverage services. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four years’ experience in premium food and beverage hospitality, preferably in a high volume sports environment
  • Strong P&L management skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four years’ experience in premium food and beverage hospitality, with a strong preference for both premium and concessions in a high volume sports environment
  • Strong P&L management skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies and budget
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain positive guest relations, ensuring enjoyable and memorable experiences
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
  • Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll and employment
