This travel is designed to expose you to different teams and operational styles, enriching your leadership experience and preparing you for running your own location in the future. The role encourages continuous improvement by identifying operational enhancements that boost efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $52,000 to $65,000 annually, complemented by a performance bonus of 8 to 12 percent based on results. Total compensation potential ranges from $56,000 to over $72,000. There is a clear career progression path from Assistant General Manager to General Manager, with the possibility of earning $75,000 or more plus higher bonuses as you advance to Multi-Unit Leadership positions.
