Job Description

Our esteemed hotel is a prominent establishment in the hospitality industry, recognized for its commitment to providing exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. As a well-established hotel, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, upholding high standards of quality and professionalism, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. We understand the importance of a dedicated management team in achieving these goals, which is why we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position involves managing various teams, including housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and front desk, to guarantee that guests receive outstanding care at every touchpoint. The AGM will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing overall hotel performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with at least two years of experience in hotel management, ideally at the AGM or Front Office Manager level, who possesses strong leadership capabilities and a passion for guest satisfaction.

In this role, the Assistant General Manager will actively participate in the financial oversight of the hotel, working closely with the General Manager to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams. The AGM will contribute to staffing decisions and scheduling, ensuring an efficient and motivated workforce. Additionally, the role requires the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and seize opportunities that improve the hotel’s market position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as the AGM will handle diverse responsibilities ranging from guest relations to payroll and human resources support.

Working in this position requires flexibility, as the Assistant General Manager must be prepared to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, according to business demands. We offer a robust benefits package that supports employee well-being and professional growth, including employer-matched 401K retirement plans, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, free life insurance, paid vacation and holiday pay, and management training programs. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and discrimination-free workplace consistent with all federal and state employment laws.

This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering top-tier guest service while supporting a team of hospitality professionals. If you are looking to advance your career in hotel management with a respected employer that values leadership, innovation, and employee development, we invite you to apply for the Assistant General Manager position.
