This role is full time and the pay range is $62,545.60 to $80,392.00 annually.

The position available is a Restaurant General Manager at the North Brunswick Township, NJ location. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional who can inspire, coach, and develop team members while ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. The General Manager oversees all facets of the restaurant’s daily operations including inventory management, quality control, adherence to safety protocols, payroll, and scheduling. A key function of this role is to meet and exceed financial goals by expertly managing the restaurant's budget and driving sales and profits. Maintaining top-tier standards of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness is paramount, along with promoting brand presence in the local community through proactive engagement and events. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of implementing company policies and fostering a culture where excellence and customer satisfaction thrive. Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health codes and security
ability to train others on Shack operations
leadership skills focused on coaching and excellence
knowledge of financial aspects of business operations
minimum 3 years of profit and loss responsibility
food handler certification preferred
flexible to work varied hours

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
food handler certification preferred
willingness to work flexible hours
