This opportunity is for the position of Assistant General Manager at a Wendy’s restaurant operated by the WKS Restaurant Group. The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations and managing the staff to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly according to company standards. This role involves the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems aimed at meeting store objectives effectively while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as ethical business practices.

As an Assistant General Manager, the individual supports day-to-day management duties including training and orientation of crew members, supervising operational practices, and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters growth and teamwork.
