Brands, Taco Bell has established itself as a pioneer in the quick-service industry, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and a culture that promotes inclusivity and growth. With thousands of locations across the globe, Taco Bell strives to deliver not only delicious food but also a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees. The brand is deeply committed to sustainability and community engagement, making it a progressive and dynamic employer in the restaurant sector.

As an Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. This leadership position requires a blend of operational expertise, team development, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for leading by example through training, coaching, and recognizing team members, ensuring they provide unforgettable customer experiences that align with Taco Bell’s core values.

In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, especially in the absence of the General Manager, taking key decisions to maintain smooth operations. You'll ensure the team adheres to the MIC Success Routine, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times, while upholding food safety and health standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to assess team performance, provide feedback, resolve employee relations issues, and assist in recruiting and hiring talented individuals who contribute to a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Additionally, you will contribute to the financial health of the restaurant by assisting with profit and loss management, including overseeing cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management. Regular review of financial reports will be part of your duties and you will take necessary actions to optimize restaurant performance. Supporting facility maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are also essential aspects of your responsibility.

This position demands a commitment to working a 50-hour week, balancing a hard-working ethic with a fun and growth-oriented team culture. Taco Bell offers a transparent pay structure for the Assistant General Manager role, with competitive annual salaries ranging from $40,000 to $58,000 based on experience and location. Beyond competitive pay, the company provides various incentives, benefits, and opportunities for professional advancement, making it a rewarding career choice for driven individuals. If you are ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and grow professionally within a globally recognized brand, this role at Taco Bell is an excellent opportunity.
