As a growing organization, we emphasize the importance of hands-on leadership and clear, consistent communication to maintain high standards and operational excellence.

The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) is pivotal in maintaining the momentum of daily operations and upholding the company’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. An AGM is expected to be a strong leader who consistently mirrors the vision set forth by the General Manager and the company’s standards. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess an unwavering dedication to both team development and excellence in service. Positioned as a key shift leader, the AGM ensures every aspect of the business runs smoothly during their scheduled shift, focusing heavily on optimizing guest experiences while managing operational costs efficiently.

The position requires a balance of strategic insight and tactical execution, involving responsibilities from scheduling labor to managing inventory and controlling food and labor costs. An AGM not only leads by example during shifts but also supports the development of team members, helping them meet and exceed performance expectations.

This full-time position entails a forty-hour workweek with a schedule flexible enough to conform to General Manager scheduling guidelines. As an integral part of the management team, the AGM is responsible for all cash handling duties during their shifts, including deposits, drawer counts, and petty cash management. Furthermore, they will collaborate with General Managers on budget adherence and goal setting, ensuring unit operations remain efficient and profitable. The role demands proficiency in computer use and inventory management, alongside a keen understanding of food safety and operational best practices.

Overall, the Assistant General Manager role offers a unique opportunity for motivated leaders looking to advance their careers within a supportive and growth-oriented company. This position not only reinforces the importance of leadership and accountability but also rewards those who strive to maintain high operational standards and foster a positive workplace culture.
