The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a full-time, exempt role that directly supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. The AGM plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of guest service, team leadership, and financial performance are met consistently. This hands-on leadership position involves managing both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, coaching and developing team members, and stepping in to resolve any issues that may arise during daily service. The AGM is responsible for maintaining the quality, service, and cleanliness standards that Walk-On's is known for, while also supporting marketing and promotional initiatives to drive community engagement and guest satisfaction.

In addition to focusing on the guest experience, the Assistant General Manager is intricately involved in team development. They coach and mentor staff to help them reach performance goals and assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.
