Ideal candidates will possess at least five years of direct foodservice operation management experience, a deep understanding of current food and catering trends, quality assurance, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation standards. Familiarity with HACCP protocols and food storage practices is essential, combined with strong financial insight and excellent communication and computer skills. Preference is given to individuals with a bachelor’s degree in Food Services Technology or Management or an associate’s degree complemented by two years of related experience. Additionally, ServSafe certification is viewed as a valuable asset.

This role at Constellation offers a dynamic and rewarding working environment that fosters personal and professional growth. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, along with additional perks such as voluntary accident and critical illness coverage, commuter benefits, an employee assistance program, 401k plans, sick time, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
