The Apprenticeship program at Chipotle offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals eager to grow into leadership roles within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. This role is specifically designed for those who aspire to become General Managers by gaining hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a Chipotle restaurant. Apprentices will learn critical business skills, including managing operational processes, employee hiring and training, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding food safety and compliance standards. The role requires a minimum commitment of a standard 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends, with applicable overtime compensation. Apprentices will develop expertise in digital order management, sales forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) oversight, scheduling, and team recruitment. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing and walking around the restaurant for up to 10 hours a day and lifting weights up to 50 lbs. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-facing, requiring strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and develop the restaurant team.
