This opportunity is with a reputable hotel dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and efficient management practices. The hotel prides itself on maintaining high standards of hospitality, focusing on both guest satisfaction and smooth operational flow. As a key player within this well-established hospitality setting, the property is committed to upholding company policies and industry best practices to foster a professional and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
The role of Property Manager with a focus on Accounting and Front Office Management is a pivotal position within the hotel. This management-level role requires a dynamic professional who can coordinate, administer, direct, and manage all property activities, specifically overseeing the Accounting and Front Office departments. The individual in this position will serve as a key interface between the General Manager and the property teams, ensuring that all operational activities adhere strictly to hotel and company policies and procedures.
This role demands someone with a strong background in both front office operations and accounting management, ensuring accuracy and excellence in managing guest services and financial functions. The Property Manager will oversee the Front Office Manager, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high service standards and operational accuracy. A critical aspect of this position involves liaising with Corporate Accounting to ensure all accounting functions are completed timely and in accordance with company protocols.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are essential attributes for success in this role. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and associates, both verbally and in writing, is crucial to providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Furthermore, proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and manual front desk procedures is required to support front office functions effectively.
Physically, this in-office role involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer work, with occasional standing, walking, and light physical activities such as lifting office supplies. The Property Manager must be capable of managing these demands while maintaining a focus on accuracy, communication, and leadership. This role represents a comprehensive leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to leverage their accounting and front office expertise in a thriving hotel environment, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction at every level.
