This position requires an individual who exemplifies Accountability and Integrity by guiding and holding team members to standards. Assistant Managers ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through fast and friendly service and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. You will also be involved in strategic planning, financial management using profit and loss statements, recruitment, hiring, training, and employee retention initiatives. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of one year of combined restaurant or retail experience, sales-building skills, knowledge of P&L statements, and a proven track record in hiring and managing teams. This role demands a flexible schedule as it involves working early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays, with a minimum standard of 50 hours per week. Being ServeSafe certified, at least 18 years old, holding a valid driver’s license and insurance, and having a high school diploma or equivalent are among the key requirements.
