This position requires a minimum of one year of restaurant or retail experience, along with sales, recruiting, and training expertise. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Certification such as ServeSafe is preferred, and the role demands availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The Assistant Manager will work approximately 50 hours per week, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational needs.
