Chipotle is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as Apprentices, an exciting entry-level leadership opportunity designed to nurture individuals into future General Managers. Apprentices will be intensely involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, learning the essentials of running a strong business from the ground up. This role provides hands-on experience in managing a restaurant environment, overseeing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and achieving operational excellence. In this position, Apprentices are expected to exemplify Chipotle’s philosophy of being "Guest Obsessed," ensuring every visitor experiences top-notch hospitality and service. They will act as the leader on duty, managing fast and accurate service while fostering a positive environment for guests and team members alike. Apprentices will train and mentor crew members, support digital order fulfillment, and manage operational aspects like scheduling, profit and loss (P&L) oversight, sales forecasting, recruiting, and maintaining food safety and compliance standards. This role requires working approximately 50 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends, with applicable overtime pay.
