Job Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in upholding Captain D's Values and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned restaurant unit. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the AGM is responsible for executing the strategies and directives to maintain high standards of product quality, restaurant cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. In scenarios where the AGM serves as the Manager On Duty (MOD), they carry full accountability for the restaurant’s daily operations, including managing the team to embody D's Hospitality at all times. This leadership position demands strong interpersonal skills, decisive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to inspire the team to deliver exceptional service consistently. The AGM acts as the second-in-command, supporting the General Manager by monitoring performance metrics, conducting staff training, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • basic computer proficiency
