California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is a renowned dining establishment that has been delivering innovative, hearth-baked pizzas and fresh ingredients since its founding in 1985. CPK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 and is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The FOH Manager will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring a team through a people-first leadership approach that supports CPK's best-in-class culture. This position involves managing all facets of the restaurant's guest service and operational efficiency, ensuring that team members are motivated, inspired, and developed to their highest potential. The manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and guest counts while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and culinary execution.
The role requires oversight of the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, accurate budgeting and forecasting, labor expenditure management, portion control, and variance analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with team members, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Additionally, the FOH Manager must maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
