We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to join our team. This role is vital in leading a talented team of dining professionals while overseeing dining room and café operations. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of mealtime service to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and resident satisfaction in our kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering areas. This position is essential for maintaining an exceptional dining experience, which contributes to the overall well-being and happiness of our residents. The role requires managing operational aspects such as training, scheduling, hiring, coaching, and staff development while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The position offers competitive compensation starting at $58,500 annually based on experience, with open availability necessary to cover opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
