The role of Assistant Manager at Border Foods is vital in reinforcing these Core Values and advancing the company mission of making lives better. As an integral component of the team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the comprehensive operation of the entire restaurant. In this leadership position, the Assistant Manager oversees scheduling, employee development, health and safety compliance, and customer relations, ensuring every guest encounter is welcoming and positive. Beyond day-to-day operational duties, Assistant Managers play a key role in strategic planning. This position is based in Newport, MN, and offers an hourly wage range from $14 to $35, reflecting responsibilities and experience. Assistant Managers also need to be ServeSafe Certified to ensure food safety standards are met.
