The Assistant Manager role at Border Foods is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the complete operation of a restaurant location. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead a strong team that consistently delivers quality food and great customer service in a friendly, efficient atmosphere. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development while maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $14 to $35 per hour, and a bonus program with the opportunity to earn an additional $20,000 annually.
