Assistant Managers at Border Foods are expected to demonstrate leadership through accountability and integrity by guiding team members to meet operational goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience. They build teamwork by fostering unity and providing timely resolution to employee concerns while ensuring a safe environment for all. They utilize strategic planning and effective financial management to deliver profitability through careful labor, inventory, and waste control. With a focus on empowerment, Assistant Managers develop their teams by offering ongoing coaching and learning opportunities that support career growth.
