The role of Restaurant Manager at Saltgrass Steak House is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction, employee motivation, and business performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Extensive front of house knowledge and financial management skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience

Job Duties
