With a dedication to core values such as Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment, the company continuously strives to create a positive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow, learn, and contribute to the mission of making lives better.
Border Foods offers an engaging career opportunity as an Assistant Manager for its Taco Bell restaurants. This role is critical in upholding the high standards and customer experience associated with the brand. The Assistant Manager plays an essential role in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional food and friendly service in a safe and welcoming environment. The position is designed for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact by fostering teamwork, motivating employees, and driving operational success. Flexible scheduling is offered to suit diverse lifestyles, along with competitive pay ranging from $14 to $35 per hour, and lucrative bonuses with potential earnings of up to $20,000 annually.
Moreover, the company supports employee growth through education programs, including GED and tuition reimbursement, and scholarships. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available for all employees, even part-time workers, alongside paid vacation, sick days, and holiday pay. The culture at Border Foods is one that encourages career advancement and provides a supportive atmosphere to help each team member reach their full potential.
