The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Eureka! is pivotal in supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and management. Job Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of P&L management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Hands-on, guest-first mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Displays a strong example and passion for our culture on every shift – EDC!
- At least 21 years of age
- Food manager certified
- TIPs certified
- Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant
- Experience in human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, and policy enforcement
- Ability to contribute to strategic restaurant operations including problem-solving, audit completion, trend identification, and system improvement
Job Duties

- Support the GM in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by upholding Eureka!'s hospitality standards
- Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to align with sales and productivity goals
- Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor financial performance and assist in driving revenue growth
- Partner with the GM to implement local marketing, community engagement, and sales initiatives
- Step in as acting GM when needed, ensuring continuity of leadership
