Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure adherence to food quality service and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee inventory management supply ordering and cost control to maintain profitability
  • Supervise and support Team Members with training coaching and performance feedback
  • Support scheduling and staffing duties
  • Assist with addressing Team Member issues and conflicts
  • Enhance guest experience by upholding service standards and addressing customer concerns
  • Implement strategies for boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead by example in customer service
  • Manage financial aspects including sales tracking cash handling and budget adherence
  • Prepare financial reports analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with cash handling
  • Oversee food safety practices and team training
  • Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and maintaining records
  • Support report preparation and action plan implementation
