The role available is for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who will play a pivotal role in the successful day-to-day operations of this new restaurant concept. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager within a full-service restaurant setting. This position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, alongside additional perks such as quarterly bonuses and paid time off that includes holidays, personal days, and vacation.

The Assistant General Manager will be entrusted with a wide array of responsibilities, from overseeing daily business operations to assisting with staff training, recruitment, and HR duties. They will also support financial management tasks such as statement preparation and will partner closely with the General Manager to handle customer service inquiries, cost control, and sales growth initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership to guide both hourly and management teams, ensuring a superior guest experience while fostering a positive workplace culture defined by teamwork and mutual respect.
