The role available is for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who will play a pivotal role in the successful day-to-day operations of this new restaurant concept. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager within a full-service restaurant setting. This position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, alongside additional perks such as quarterly bonuses and paid time off that includes holidays, personal days, and vacation.
The Assistant General Manager will be entrusted with a wide array of responsibilities, from overseeing daily business operations to assisting with staff training, recruitment, and HR duties. Job Requirements
- 2 years of AGM experience
- 5+ years restaurant management experience
- ability to work varied shifts and locations including early mornings, late nights, weekends and travel
- capability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly
- assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties

- partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams
- perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies
- place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders
- accept and inspect deliveries
- model and promote teamwork across all teams
- use tact and good judgment when dealing with guests, vendors and employees
- work a variety of days and shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends at multiple sites with or without overnight travel
- move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
