We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Operations Leadership team following a recent internal promotion. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring operational success and exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant General Manager at Drury Hotels, you will be instrumental in mentoring and coaching team members, helping them develop the skills needed to excel in their roles. Your leadership will directly influence the attainment of key performance indicators including service quality, profitability, and staff engagement. You will also be a role model for quality assurance best practices, ensuring that our hotel consistently meets or surpasses established standards.

- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
